Website & source filesThe £99 setup fee covers planning, design and launch — it does not include a transfer of the website's source files. While your subscription is active, Hallogent designs, hosts and manages the site on your behalf.
If your subscription endsHosting, maintenance and support are tied to an active subscription. If it ends, these stop and the website may be taken offline. Buying the site outright or transferring it elsewhere isn't part of the standard plan, but can be arranged separately under a written agreement.
Specialist functionalityBooking systems, e-commerce and bespoke features are scoped and quoted separately from the standard plan.
Fair-use updatesReasonable content updates are included as standard. Larger revisions are quoted where needed.

Where possible, domains are registered in your name from the outset, so ownership sits with you regardless of your subscription status.
The £99 setup fee covers the design and build of your website — it doesn't include a transfer of the source files. While your subscription is active, Hallogent hosts, manages and maintains the website on your behalf.
Hosting, maintenance and support are provided for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, these stop and your website may be taken offline. Your domain remains yours regardless.
